30-Day-Book-Meme

At Nishita’s Rants and Raves, I came across this interesting 30-Day Meme, which requires one to answer one question per day for a period of thirty days. I may not be able to do it daily but since it seemed like fun, I too have hopped in.

 Here are the questions:

Day 03 – Your favourite series
Day 04 – Favourite book of your favourite series
Day 05 – A book that makes you happy

Day 01: The Best Book that you read last year.

Read quite a few interesting ones last year but the book that I found simply impossible to put down and thus read at one go was Ethel Lina White’s Some Must Watch. It is a taut murder mystery where the tension becomes almost unbearable at the end. I finished it in the dead of the night and then had to sleep with the lights switched on. 🙂
